Please join the 28th North Central Province Polemarch, Byron C. Thornton, and the 20th Middle Western Province Polemarch, Gerald Hawthorne, along with the Brothers of North Central Province and Middle Western Province for the 2023 Joint Province Council.  This year, the Joint Province Council will take place in St. Louis, Missouri.  The theme for Province Council is “Achievement Through Collaboration and Brotherhood”.
